Eastwood was paranoid, agitated after school shooting:

The meat of the article talks most about how crazy Deer Creek Middle School gunman Bruco Eastwood is. An affidavit that was unsealed states that Eastwood was picking imaginary critters off of himself that he called transforming forces and how he heard voices from a Neilsen box on his TV.

What's buried in the article is that the gun Eastwood used in the shooting wasn't his. It belonged to his father War Eagle Eastwood. Eastwood the elder is said to have stored the scoped hunting rifle in the ever so secure place of 'behind his bedroom door'.

Listen people, I'm all for 2nd Amendment rights but if you keep acting like idiots with the way you store your guns I won't be too upset if the government decides that enough is enough.

If you have someone living in your house that hears voices that aren't really there it would be in everyone's best interest to keep the gun locked up and not just laying around.

Brewster teen pleads not guilty to school shooting plans:

I originally posted about Joe Poseur aka Charles Mustoe here. He's the 17-year-old that was busted for plotting an attack on Chelan High School with a 14-year-old Canadian girl over MySpace. Let us not forget that weapons were seized from the housed.

Anyway he's pleaded not guilty to adult charges of attempted murder. Like I've said before it's said that he wanted to shoot up the school because he was pushed around once by a bunch of kids that he can't remember exactly when and he wanted to make a statement.

As usual we have the excuse makers and the enablers coming to his defense.

First up is his public defender who bemoans the fact that Mustoe is rightly being charged as an adult.

“The biggest problem I see with taking this immediately into adult court is that treatment options are significantly limited compared to what’s available in the juvenile court system,” he said.

Sorry kid, you and your parents both had plenty of opportunities to get you help and there was nothing but fail all around.

One of the commenters on the article had this to say.

In no way do I justify murder. Although, unless you have been bullied and felt helpless to prevent it, you have no idea what it does to your mentality.

Was my generation the last one not to be a bunch of pussies? Like I've said, I was basically bullied every day in school for 12 years. I got over it and thrived in spite of it. Also like I've said after you get out of school you'll realize how high school is just a small blip on the time line of your life. If you hold on to it after you've graduated you have issues.

Another commenter on the article said that he was just trying to impress the girl. Oh, you mean the girl that wanted to kill herself while Mustoe shot up the school? Again, weapons were seized from Mustoe's home.

I'm sure the same people would be bemoaning the fact that if he did shoot up the school and kill people why didn't the police arrest them when they could.

Threats resurface on YouTube:

I originally posted about the YouTube threats against Virginia Tech here back in last October. The threats were made by somebody calling himself nextvirgtechkiller.

According to the Virginia Tech student newspaper the same person has made YouTube threats again along with e-mail threats to Tech students.

The FBI has investigated the e-mails and say they have originated from Italy and do not pose an actual threat to the university.

After the Collegiate Times first published their story a man from Italy claiming to be the originator of the threats attempted to contact them...

The sender confirms the posts originate from Italy and that "im not sad for my work and insults the vt community."

The sender stated in the e-mail they made the posts because "im only a sad guy."

"im sad because i dont have a 1 girlfriend for love and hugs. i like cho, but i dont like have kills the girls. NO! because i hate the men hurts the girls," the e-mail read.

I'll forgive his broken English however it just goes to show that Chode mutants like this are nothing but a bunch of losers. How in the hell is he going to impress girls by threatening people at a college thousands of miles away in another continent. Can you imagine that pick up line? Hey baby, I threatened some people at an American college on YouTube and through e-mail. Want to ride on my Vespa?

Again I'm sorry for the late and short update but that's the way life is sometime when you're just a guy with a website. Anyway there have been some minor developments in the case of Amy Bishop, the professor at University of Alabama Huntsville who shot 6 of her fellow faculty members and killed 3.

Anyway the first bit of news was that Bishop has been fired from UAH.

A one-paragraph letter dated Feb. 26 was mailed to Bishop informing her the university had terminated her employment effective Feb. 12, said UAH spokesman Ray Garner.

You would think it wouldn't be necessary to waste money on the stamp yet here he we are.

The other bit of news was that the Huntsville bomb squad blew up a PVC pipe seized from the Bishop house. Some people my think that was a drastic measure however don't forget that Bishop was also questioned in a mail bomb incident.

Plea deals offered to Walker Middle defendants:

In what I call an act of cowardice Tampa prosecutors have offered plea deals for the last remaining suspects in the Walker Middle School hazing case.

In case you need to be reminded the suspects are accused of sodmizing a younger male classmate with a hockey stick after flag football games.

If this atrocity had been perpetrated on a female student would they be offering plea deals? I doubt it.

Again this form a prison rape disguised as 'hazing' needs to be dealt with harshly with examples being made out of the perpetrators.

First off let me say that guy doesn't deserve to throw the horns. He should have his horn throwing fingers removed.

Anyway that is 17-year-old Charles Mustoe of Brewster,Washington. He's been busted for plotting an attack with a 14-year-old girl from across the border in Canada and yes she actually exists.

Mustoe allegedly plotted the attack against a school because he wanted to "make a statement to the world that he was sick of being pushed around."
As far as I can tell he was pushed around um...once. He claims that he was threatened by 8 kids last summer or the year before. The incident was so traumatic that he says it had  "been in his mind ever since it happened." It's been in his mind ever since but it sounds like he can't remember when it happened.

Not surprisingly Mustoe is a mutant of the highest order.  The attack was allegedly scheduled for (any guesses?) April 20th, 2011, the 12th anniversary of Columbine. So if Mustoe is 17 that means that he was 7 when Columbine happened. Not only that but he allegedly wanted to get a TEC-9 to use in his assault. The same type of handgun that was used by one of the Columbine cowards.

When police searched the home they recovered several firearms.

You want to know how Mustoe got busted? It's a real novel idea. His plans were thwarted by good parenting. Not his parents but the girl's parents. They discovered the Facebook messages between the two and notified police and get this they are actually getting help for their daughter who wanted to kill herself while Mustoe killed people at the school.Who would have thought that checking on your kids' internet activities could save lives. Oh wait, I knew.

Mustoe has been charged as an adult.

Deer Creek Middle School shooting suspect appears in court:

The gunman at the Deer Creek Middle School shooting in Colorado has been charged with 15 counts against him.

Bruco Strong Eagle Eastwood has been charged with counts of criminal attempted murder in the first degree, child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury, and unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds.

Another article I read stated that he was facing close to 100 years behind bars.

I find it weird that we're talking about a school shooter in the present tense as most of them take the coward's way out.

They were made by a 15-year-old from Monroe, New York who plotted an attack against Monroe-Woodbury High School. Also in his possession was a machete and some propane tanks.

The kid hadn't even attended the school since 2008. He claims that he was bullied because he bore a resemblance to Columbine shooter Eric Harris.

Anyway, he has pleaded guilty to five felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and will be sentenced on March 24th. Part of his plea will keep him for 18 months in a psychiatric facility.

Too bad it won't be a place like Shutter Island. Loved that movie.

Notice the title of the page now says Deer Creek Middle School Shooting Reminds of Columbine Massacre.

As far as resemblance the only resemblance is the fact that both shootings took p;ace in Jefferson County, Colorado.

Very interesting read however it does not change my opinion that the Harrises bear a major responsibility for what happened.
