Walker Middle School hazing suspect has bond revoked

Judge revokes Walker Middle rape suspect's bond after theft charge:

15-year-old Diemante J. Roberts is one of the suspects accused of sodomizing a flag football teammate at Walker Middle School in Tampa with a hockey stick. It seems like in most of these athletic hazing/sodomy cases he can't stay out of trouble. This week his bond was revoked after he was allegedly caught stealing a can of gas from a neighbor. The best part is what the judge said to him before sending him back to jail...

On Tuesday, Timmerman reminded Roberts that when he released him and the three other suspects on $15,000 bail in June, the judge said that if they violated the terms of their release, "You'll be in jail so fast you won't know what happened to you."

"Revoke his bond and take him into custody," Timmerman said. "I meant what I said."

What is it that the kid say today in situations like this? Oh yes, now I remember.

OH SNAP!!!

Honestly, he shouldn't have been released on bond in the first place. He was a danger to others, and his initial crime was proof of that. The others should not have been released on bond, either.
