Facebook hit list not like Columbine, Vancouver teen's lawyer says:
The lawyer representing the 18-year-old student of Templeton Secondary School accused of plotting an attack against the school is claiming the danger that his client may pose was no where near that of Columbine.
"People do all kinds of crazy, stupid things all the time," he said. "How many people have said I'm going to go kill that person? It may sound concerning, obviously, but who knows?
"What are we really dealing with here? This is one weapon in a house and there's allegedly some information on a computer that is scary, of course, for everyone involved.
"But this isn't a case where someone showed up with an arsenal of weapons at a school and started shooting people. So quite frankly I don't think the Columbine equation fits at all."
Let's review the details.
The kid had 117 names on a hit list that he posted to Facebook and he was allegedly found to be in possesion of a shotgun, a sword, a machete and a buttload of ammunition as pictured above. And this attorney has the grapefruits to say that the danger wasn't that great.
That's the kind of thinking that allows school shootings to happen.

Maybe I just have a tiny butt... but is a buttload of ammunition really that much?
It is if you use MY butt as the measure!
Apparently. it's actually a fairly sizable measure.
