34-year-old George Rodriguez of Albuquerque, New Mexico is accused of driving from Albuquerque to Oklahoma City and setting his estranged wife on fire. Rodriguez allegedly broke into Laura Miller's house, chased her into the backyard, doused her in gasoline and set her on fire. This was done in the presence of their 3 children ages 3, 7 and 10. A witness claimed that Rodriguez even poured gasoline into his wife's mouth.

This was all done because she left him.

After police arrested Rodriguez he kicked out the back window of the squad car.

Ms. Miller will be in inensive care for at least 4 weeks and has 3rd degree burns over 30% of her body.

All of the children's clothes were burned in the attack.

A fund has been set up for the family at Crossroads Cathedral at 8901 S. Shields Blvd. in Oklahoma City and Exchange National Bank for people interested in donating to help with the children's expenses.

New York

51-year-old Eva Cummings and her 31-year-old son Luke Wright have been arrested and indicted for the death of 23-year-old Laura Cummings. Laura Cummings was the disabled daughter of Eva Cummings and the half-sister of Wright.

Eva Cummings is accused in the suffocation death of her daughter in their North Collins, New York home outside of Buffalo. She is also accused of sodomizing her daughter with a broomstick, scalding her, restraining her to a chair with a hood over her head, the pre-requisite beatings, and forcing her daughter's face into her own feces. She's looking at 83 years.

Wright not only allegedly engaged in some of the same acts but he's also been accused of raping his own mentally disabled half-sister. He's looking at 133 years.

Another brother of Laura Cummings is serving in the Air Force and is stationed in North Carolina. He tried to get his sister removed from the home by by social services but he was unsuccessful.

We are judged as a society by how we treat the most defenseless members of it. Like I've said many times with stories like this it shows that as a society we do not deserve to even exist.

58-year-old John Manuel Gomez, or John Negrete-Gomez depending on the article, of Santa Rosa, California was arrested for allegedly raping a woman in his trailer over the course of three days.

Police received a tip that a woman was in distress at the trailer and when they arrived they found the 40-year-old victim tied by the ankle to a bolt on the floor. She told police that she was raped and beaten over the three days.

Police also interviewed Gomez's roommate who was released but could be facing charges as well. Unless the roommate wasn't there during the three days I don't see why she shouldn't be charged as well.

He's being held on $2.1M bond and has pleaded not guilty. How can you plead not guilty when they find a rape victim bolted to your floor. That's like saying "Gee officers I don't know how the woman ended up chained in the bottom of my pit".

33-year-old Harold E. Montague of Las Vegas, Nevada is accused of taking a medieval style battle ax and took the pointy end of it and stabbed his disabled sister-in law, Monica O'Dazier, 20 times.

Then after that it's said that he went out of the house and axed a random woman, Sandra Castro, in the face and head giving her life threatening injuries. He then killed Castro's 4-month-old son, Damian Avila Castro, with the ax.

When police arrived he goaded them into taking him down which obviously they obliged him with. He tried to grab an officer's shotgun which resulted in him being Tasered.

Since one of his vcitims was under 14 this case will be reviewed to see if the death penalty will be sought. That should be a no brainer if you ask me.

Montague himself claims he 'blacked out' and doesn't recall anything. His wife says that he has a history of mental illness. If he is so mentally ill why was there a battle ax in the house?

30-year-old Jennifer Daugherty was a 30-year-old mentally challenged woman who made friends with the wrong type of people. People is too strong a word. She befriended a group of rejects who make the people who tortured Megan Williams look like amateurs.

Robert Loren Masters Jr., 36, Ricky Smyrnes, 23, Melvin Knight, 20, Amber Meidinger, 20, Angela Marinucci, 17, and Peggy Darlene Miller, 27, have all been charged with her murder but it goes far beyond that.

The sextet are accused of forcing Daugherty to drink detergent, vegetable oil and urine and make her write her own suicide note. She was allegedly beaten with a towel rack, a crutch and a vacuum hose. She was stabbed multiple times in the neck, chest and head and her body was dumped in a school parking lot inside of a trash can. Her head had been shaved and her body was strewn with Christmas decorations and her face was smeared with cosmetics.

This happened over a week ago however at the time police said the motive was unclear on why the Scumbag Six killed Jennifer Daugherty. I have a guess why they did. Because they're a bunch of animals who probably thought it would be fun to kill a 'retard'.

Considering a hearing for them was recently postponed because most of them have head lice they're not in any position to judge.

Man arrested for violating neighbor's dog:

A Chino Valley man was indicted on bestiality and aggravated assault charges Thursday in early disposition court after he allegedly sexually assaulted a neighbor's dog.

A case management conference is set for Gary Riley, 38, of Chino Valley at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 16 before Yavapai Superior Court Judge Thomas B. Lindberg, said Penny Cramer, administrative assistant for the Yavapai County Attorney's office.

Yavapai County Sheriff's deputies arrested Riley at his home after 5:24 p.m. on Jan. 7 after they spoke with his neighbor, Levi Federwisch.

Federwisch told deputies when he came home from work he noticed his 6-month-old female border collie Daisy missing from his fenced backyard and not inside the house.

Federwisch told deputies he looked for his dog, then came home and saw Riley sexually assaulting Daisy.

Federwisch told deputies he briefly struggled with Riley to free Daisy.

After speaking with Federwisch, deputies knocked on Riley's front door and identified themselves, but no one answered. After finding the back door ajar, deputies knocked, announced themselves again and entered Riley's home.

Deputies found Riley hiding under a bed, said Dwight D'Evelyn, spokesman for the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies saw a mark on Riley's face that he said happened when a man punched him.

After deputies arrested Riley on charges of aggravated assault, they took him to their patrol vehicle, where Riley told them he'd drank 12 bottles of Budweiser beer, a violation of his parole.

Riley told deputies when he saw the dog on his property, he picked her up so he could return her; then a man started yelling and hit him without being provoked.

When the man said he was calling police, Riley told deputies he became frightened since he'd just been released from prison and was on parole.

Riley said he went inside his home, took a shower and hid under the bed.

Riley had multiple scratches and scrapes on his arms, front torso, lower back, chest abdomen and pelvic area that were consistent with a dog's claws, according to the Sheriff's Office report.

A doctor from the Chino Valley Animal Hospital examined Daisy and noted that the puppy had wounds that had happened in the past day on the interior of her vulva, according to the Sheriff's Office report.

The doctor noted Daisy was not in heat, and took swabs of her area, which deputies submitted into evidence.

Deputies booked Riley into the Camp Verde jail on charges of bestiality, aggravated assault and theft of property.

"Actually, these cases come up far more than you think they would," said Stephanie Nichols-Young, president of the Animal Defense League of Arizona. "It's very troubling."

No word on what he was in prison for and I know you just got out of prison but damn dude, you couldn't wait to get yourself a hooker or something. I mean you didn't mind violating parole by drinking beer and raping a puppy.

Porn suspect charged with sexual battery of 4-year-old girl:

BARTOW - Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives have arrested a Bartow man on charges that he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in the process of creating child pornography.

Daryl James McClelland, 55, was arrested Friday on the child pornography charges, according to a Sheriff's Office report.

Detectives added to the list of charges after their investigation revealed that a little girl the suspect reportedly knows was molested while some sexually explicit images of the child were being created.

After detectives and investigators with the sheriff's Computer Crimes Unit served a search warrant Friday and found several images of child pornography, McClelland was charged with 60 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing a computer without authority.

According to the Sheriff's Office, as detectives worked to identify the children in the images, they identified one of the victims as a 4-year-old girl who had been left in McClelland's care while the little girl's mother worked.

A Sheriff's Office arrest affidavit accuses McClelland of sexually abusing the girl multiple times in 2008 and 2009 and creating the child pornography using her image.

During an interview with detectives and after being read his rights, McClelland admitted that he engaged in sexual activity with the girl on multiple occasions, according to the affidavit. The suspect told detectives he stopped the activity "with the victim when she reached the age at which she had verbal capacity and might disclose this activity," the affidavit stated.

In addition to the pornography charges, McClelland is charged with eight counts of sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age, five counts of lewd molestation and one count of battery on a child by contact with bodily fluids.

Now when I post a story like this over at PBB the question that is usually asked is why would the mother leave their child with someone like this? Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, who is one of my favorite Sheriffs, provides us with the answer...

Detectives say McClelland encouraged the child's parents to allow him to babysit rather than trust child care organizations.  It's being called a classic case of a child predator grooming a parent to get access to a child.

"This man needs to be put away for ever and ever and we need to find the other victims," he said.

The sheriff went on to say McClelland admitted to detectives that he first sexually abused a child when he was 12 years old.

So basically this scumbag, McClelland, thinks that he didn't do anything wrong since his victim would supposedly forget any of this ever happened to her. For the love of God I hope he's right.

I don't want to open a can of whupass points on Florida because of this story but they leave me no choice.

Shreveport man accused in rape of 11-year-old:

MANSFIELD – A 28-year-old Shreveport man remains in custody without bond today for allegedly having sex with an 11-year-old girl who was attending a weekend slumber party. And the woman who was caring for the girl also is incarcerated in connection with the alleged sexual assault, DeSoto sheriff’s Cpl. Dusty Herring said.

Calvin Authier, of Shreveport, was arrested Friday. Herring and Shreveport police officers located Authier at his apartment and arrested him without incident.

The 11-year-old’s parents filed a report with the DeSoto sheriff’s investigators Monday. The girl was invited to a slumber party Jan. 15 at Patricia Harmon’s residence in south DeSoto Parish. Authier dates one of Harmon’s older daughters, Herring said.

Alcohol and narcotics use were prevalent among adults at the party, Herring said, adding that the 11-year-old at some point that night was raped in a back bedroom, where a 12-year-old boy also was present. Other young girls were attending the slumber party.

“Unfortunately, the little girl had to stay there until Sunday morning when Patricia Harmon took her back home,” said Herring, who is investigating the case along with Cpl. Garland Hensley.

Harmon denied knowing the alleged rape occurred, he said. Authier also says he is not guilty and offered to submit to DNA testing. Authier has a criminal history with charges including burglary, unauthorized entry and domestic abuse battery.

Harmon, 41, is charged with principal to aggravated rape, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, possession of marijuana and probation violation. She also is in jail pending bond.

Pontiac couple charged in guard's dragging death:

A Pontiac couple is facing life in prison after police say they tried to steal $500 worth of CDs to sell for drug money and — in the process — dragged a Kmart security guard to his death.

Samantha Lomasney, 20, and James Woodworth, 39, were charged with first-degree murder and unarmed robbery this afternoon before 51st District Judge Richard Kuhn Jr. Both are being held without bond and will be back in court Wednesday.

According to police, Lomasney was waiting in front of the Kmart Thursday afternoon while Woodworth went inside. Woodworth came out of the store and security guard Greg Paul Wainio, 36, of Gaines tried to stop him by hanging on to the side of the 1994 GMC Jimmy Lomasney was driving. There was as struggle between Wainio and Woodworth as Lomasney drove away. Police said Woodworth was yelling at her to drive away.

Wainio, who was dragged several hundred feet, was crushed when Lomasney hit two concrete pillars, police say.

Witnesses followed the Jimmy to an address in Pontiac, where police arrested the duo.

According to police, Lomasney is a high school dropout who lost custody of her 15-month-old son, who is being raised by her mother. She battles an addiction to heroin and painkillers.

Woodworth, police say, has a criminal history dating to 1992 with convictions for burglary, assault and indecent exposure.

But I thought drugs were a victimless crime. Or so some people try to tell me. And before you even say it no it wouldn't be any less of a crime if they stole the Cds for booze. I don't drink so it wouldn't be any sweat of my nose if they outlawed that too.

Anyway, one point for the theft, another point that they were stealing it for drugs, one more point for taking off while the security guard was hanging on to the truck, another two points for the number of concrete pillars that he was crushed on, another point for the murder, another point for fleeing the scene, another point for being a high school drop out loser (stay in school kids) and one last point for having a drug addiction. Missouri

Man accused of raping wife recovering from chemotherapy:

A Lincoln County man is accused of raping his estranged wife while she was recovering at home from chemotherapy treatments.

Michael A. Dorlaque, 30, has been charged with forcible rape and domestic assault. He was jailed Tuesday in lieu of $75,000 cash-only bail.

Authorities say Dorlaque's wife said he attacked her Thursday and restrained her by tying her to a bed using rope and white medical tape. She could not be reached for comment Tuesday.

Dorlaque's wife told investigators she had gone to the hospital for treatment of a heart attack and blood clotting linked to recent chemotherapy treatments. She told authorities she came home from the hospital Thursday and was on bed rest. Her doctor's restrictions included no sexual activity because it could aggravate the blood clots.

Lincoln County Detective Shayne Duryea said the couple lived separately but she was letting Dorlaque stay at her home occasionally to help her recover.

In an interview with investigators, Dorlaque denied the allegations and said he was unaware of her doctor's orders. He said he had consensual sex with his wife the same day she left the hospital. He said he had fallen asleep on her couch the night of the alleged attack after drinking alcohol. He said he took his wife and her daughter to a doctor's appointment Friday morning.

Duryea said deputies arrested Dorlaque at the Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy, Mo., on Friday afternoon after he showed up demanding to see his wife, who had gone there for treatment.

First of all 30? The dude looks older than I am then again excessive alcohol will age a guy fast. Secondly my mom is going chemo right now and if someone even dared to do anything like this to her there would literally be hell to pay.
