A Chino Valley man was indicted on bestiality and aggravated assault charges Thursday in early disposition court after he allegedly sexually assaulted a neighbor's dog.

A case management conference is set for Gary Riley, 38, of Chino Valley at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 16 before Yavapai Superior Court Judge Thomas B. Lindberg, said Penny Cramer, administrative assistant for the Yavapai County Attorney's office.

Yavapai County Sheriff's deputies arrested Riley at his home after 5:24 p.m. on Jan. 7 after they spoke with his neighbor, Levi Federwisch.

Federwisch told deputies when he came home from work he noticed his 6-month-old female border collie Daisy missing from his fenced backyard and not inside the house.

Federwisch told deputies he looked for his dog, then came home and saw Riley sexually assaulting Daisy.

Federwisch told deputies he briefly struggled with Riley to free Daisy.

After speaking with Federwisch, deputies knocked on Riley's front door and identified themselves, but no one answered. After finding the back door ajar, deputies knocked, announced themselves again and entered Riley's home.

Deputies found Riley hiding under a bed, said Dwight D'Evelyn, spokesman for the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies saw a mark on Riley's face that he said happened when a man punched him.

After deputies arrested Riley on charges of aggravated assault, they took him to their patrol vehicle, where Riley told them he'd drank 12 bottles of Budweiser beer, a violation of his parole.

Riley told deputies when he saw the dog on his property, he picked her up so he could return her; then a man started yelling and hit him without being provoked.

When the man said he was calling police, Riley told deputies he became frightened since he'd just been released from prison and was on parole.

Riley said he went inside his home, took a shower and hid under the bed.

Riley had multiple scratches and scrapes on his arms, front torso, lower back, chest abdomen and pelvic area that were consistent with a dog's claws, according to the Sheriff's Office report.

A doctor from the Chino Valley Animal Hospital examined Daisy and noted that the puppy had wounds that had happened in the past day on the interior of her vulva, according to the Sheriff's Office report.

The doctor noted Daisy was not in heat, and took swabs of her area, which deputies submitted into evidence.

Deputies booked Riley into the Camp Verde jail on charges of bestiality, aggravated assault and theft of property.

"Actually, these cases come up far more than you think they would," said Stephanie Nichols-Young, president of the Animal Defense League of Arizona. "It's very troubling."

No word on what he was in prison for and I know you just got out of prison but damn dude, you couldn't wait to get yourself a hooker or something. I mean you didn't mind violating parole by drinking beer and raping a puppy.

One point for raping a puppy, another point for hiding under the bed like a coward, another point for drinking 12 bottles of Bud, one more point for making up a lame story like trying to return the dog because you're such a fine upstanding citizen, and one last point for thinking that the cops wouldn't find you under the bed. That's 5.

BARTOW - Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives have arrested a Bartow man on charges that he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in the process of creating child pornography.

Daryl James McClelland, 55, was arrested Friday on the child pornography charges, according to a Sheriff's Office report.

Detectives added to the list of charges after their investigation revealed that a little girl the suspect reportedly knows was molested while some sexually explicit images of the child were being created.

After detectives and investigators with the sheriff's Computer Crimes Unit served a search warrant Friday and found several images of child pornography, McClelland was charged with 60 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing a computer without authority.

According to the Sheriff's Office, as detectives worked to identify the children in the images, they identified one of the victims as a 4-year-old girl who had been left in McClelland's care while the little girl's mother worked.

A Sheriff's Office arrest affidavit accuses McClelland of sexually abusing the girl multiple times in 2008 and 2009 and creating the child pornography using her image.

During an interview with detectives and after being read his rights, McClelland admitted that he engaged in sexual activity with the girl on multiple occasions, according to the affidavit. The suspect told detectives he stopped the activity "with the victim when she reached the age at which she had verbal capacity and might disclose this activity," the affidavit stated.

In addition to the pornography charges, McClelland is charged with eight counts of sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age, five counts of lewd molestation and one count of battery on a child by contact with bodily fluids.

Now when I post a story like this over at PBB the question that is usually asked is why would the mother leave their child with someone like this? Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, who is one of my favorite Sheriffs, provides us with the answer...

Detectives say McClelland encouraged the child's parents to allow him to babysit rather than trust child care organizations.  It's being called a classic case of a child predator grooming a parent to get access to a child.

"This man needs to be put away for ever and ever and we need to find the other victims," he said.

The sheriff went on to say McClelland admitted to detectives that he first sexually abused a child when he was 12 years old.

So basically this scumbag, McClelland, thinks that he didn't do anything wrong since his victim would supposedly forget any of this ever happened to her. For the love of God I hope he's right.

I don't want to open a can of whupass points on Florida because of this story but they leave me no choice.

60 points for the child porn charges, eight points for the sexual battery charges, five points for the molestation charges, one point for the charge of battery on a child by contact with bodily fluids which I don't even want to know what that is, another point for saying the victim won't remember what happened to her, one more point for saying that you stopped before the victim could communicate to her parents what you did, and 43 more points for the amount of years that you've allegedly been molesting children.  That's 119.

Congratulations, you're the first scumbag to break the 100+ point barrier. You're the Wilt Chamberlain of News of Doom. Not something to be proud of.

MANSFIELD – A 28-year-old Shreveport man remains in custody without bond today for allegedly having sex with an 11-year-old girl who was attending a weekend slumber party. And the woman who was caring for the girl also is incarcerated in connection with the alleged sexual assault, DeSoto sheriff’s Cpl. Dusty Herring said.
Calvin Authier, of Shreveport, was arrested Friday. Herring and Shreveport police officers located Authier at his apartment and arrested him without incident.
The 11-year-old’s parents filed a report with the DeSoto sheriff’s investigators Monday. The girl was invited to a slumber party Jan. 15 at Patricia Harmon’s residence in south DeSoto Parish. Authier dates one of Harmon’s older daughters, Herring said.
Alcohol and narcotics use were prevalent among adults at the party, Herring said, adding that the 11-year-old at some point that night was raped in a back bedroom, where a 12-year-old boy also was present. Other young girls were attending the slumber party.
“Unfortunately, the little girl had to stay there until Sunday morning when Patricia Harmon took her back home,” said Herring, who is investigating the case along with Cpl. Garland Hensley.
Harmon denied knowing the alleged rape occurred, he said. Authier also says he is not guilty and offered to submit to DNA testing. Authier has a criminal history with charges including burglary, unauthorized entry and domestic abuse battery.
Harmon, 41, is charged with principal to aggravated rape, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, possession of marijuana and probation violation. She also is in jail pending bond.

You got all that?

One point for having a kids slumber party at the same time booze and drugs are being used by the so called adults, another point for the rape of a little girl, one more point for basically forcing a 12-year-old boy to witness it, 2 points for the the 2 days that she had to wait at the scene of the crime until dope smoking party mom took her home, and one last point for letting your daughter date someone with a history of domestic abuse. That's six.

Pontiac couple charged in guard's dragging death:

A Pontiac couple is facing life in prison after police say they tried to steal $500 worth of CDs to sell for drug money and — in the process — dragged a Kmart security guard to his death.

Samantha Lomasney, 20, and James Woodworth, 39, were charged with first-degree murder and unarmed robbery this afternoon before 51st District Judge Richard Kuhn Jr. Both are being held without bond and will be back in court Wednesday.

According to police, Lomasney was waiting in front of the Kmart Thursday afternoon while Woodworth went inside. Woodworth came out of the store and security guard Greg Paul Wainio, 36, of Gaines tried to stop him by hanging on to the side of the 1994 GMC Jimmy Lomasney was driving. There was as struggle between Wainio and Woodworth as Lomasney drove away. Police said Woodworth was yelling at her to drive away.

Wainio, who was dragged several hundred feet, was crushed when Lomasney hit two concrete pillars, police say.

Witnesses followed the Jimmy to an address in Pontiac, where police arrested the duo.

According to police, Lomasney is a high school dropout who lost custody of her 15-month-old son, who is being raised by her mother. She battles an addiction to heroin and painkillers.

Woodworth, police say, has a criminal history dating to 1992 with convictions for burglary, assault and indecent exposure.

But I thought drugs were a victimless crime. Or so some people try to tell me. And before you even say it no it wouldn't be any less of a crime if they stole the Cds for booze. I don't drink so it wouldn't be any sweat of my nose if they outlawed that too.

Anyway, one point for the theft, another point that they were stealing it for drugs, one more point for taking off while the security guard was hanging on to the truck, another two points for the number of concrete pillars that he was crushed on, another point for the murder, another point for fleeing the scene, another point for being a high school drop out loser (stay in school kids) and one last point for having a drug addiction. Remember kids it's not a sickness it's a weakness. That's 9.

A Lincoln County man is accused of raping his estranged wife while she was recovering at home from chemotherapy treatments.

Michael A. Dorlaque, 30, has been charged with forcible rape and domestic assault. He was jailed Tuesday in lieu of $75,000 cash-only bail.

Authorities say Dorlaque's wife said he attacked her Thursday and restrained her by tying her to a bed using rope and white medical tape. She could not be reached for comment Tuesday.

Dorlaque's wife told investigators she had gone to the hospital for treatment of a heart attack and blood clotting linked to recent chemotherapy treatments. She told authorities she came home from the hospital Thursday and was on bed rest. Her doctor's restrictions included no sexual activity because it could aggravate the blood clots.

Lincoln County Detective Shayne Duryea said the couple lived separately but she was letting Dorlaque stay at her home occasionally to help her recover.

In an interview with investigators, Dorlaque denied the allegations and said he was unaware of her doctor's orders. He said he had consensual sex with his wife the same day she left the hospital. He said he had fallen asleep on her couch the night of the alleged attack after drinking alcohol. He said he took his wife and her daughter to a doctor's appointment Friday morning.

Duryea said deputies arrested Dorlaque at the Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy, Mo., on Friday afternoon after he showed up demanding to see his wife, who had gone there for treatment.

First of all 30? The dude looks older than I am then again excessive alcohol will age a guy fast. Secondly my mom is going chemo right now and if someone even dared to do anything like this to her there would literally be hell to pay.

One point for the rape, another point for restraining her, one more point for raping her after chemo, one more point for claiming it was consensual, one more point for harassing her at the doctor's office, and one last point for betraying the trust of a cancer stricken woman. You are scum and deserve to die a slow lingering death worse than cancer.  That's 5.

A British motivational speaker accused of killing a Las Vegas woman in a frying pan attack before putting her severed body into a trash can filled with bleach has been indicted on a murder charge in connection with her death.

The man is also charged in a separate case of attempted murder in which he allegedly solicited a transsexual male for sex on Craigslist, then tried to run the person over with the dead woman’s vehicle.

Michael Lane, 37, is facing a charge of murder with a deadly weapon and robbery with a deadly weapon in connection with the death of Ginger Candela, 44, whose body was found by missing persons detectives Nov. 30 in the garage of her home after being indicted last week by a Clark County grand jury.

Lane is also facing a charge of attempted murder with a deadly weapon and battery with a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm in connection with the alleged attack on the transsexual Nov. 24 near Sunrise Hospital.

Candela died from strangulation, with blunt head trauma as a significant contributing factor, the Clark County Coroner’s Office said.

Her body was found cut in half and stuffed into a trash can filled with bleach, according to a police report. Authorities said they believe she died about two weeks before she was found.

Lane told police the two were meditating in her bedroom when he decided to kill her, which he did by strangling her with an electric cord after striking her with a frying pan, according to the arrest report.

He was arrested Dec. 3 in Ventura, Calif. The vehicle used in the alleged attack was registered to Candela, with whom Lane had been living. Her maroon SUV was reportedly at the motel where Lane was arrested and he had checked in using one of her credit cards, police said.

Police say Lane, a British citizen, has been involved with spiritual healing and motivational speaking. He might have befriended women and possibly defrauded them without their knowledge, authorities said.

Anyone with information about Lane, who police say also goes by the names “Chae Saville” and “Michael Bodhi,” is asked to contact authorities.

Where to start with this scumbag? This is the type of murders that movies get modeled after.

One point for the murder, another point for chopping her in half, one more point for putting her in a trash can, another point for filling it with bleach, 2 points for the number of weeks it took to find her, another point for stealing her car, one more point for trying to run a tranny hooker over with her car, and one last point for being in a profession that just bilks suckers out of their money.

Police arrest two in squalid home; woman found chained to machine:

A mother and son were arrested after police found them living in squalor with another family member chained to a weight machine.

Police were called after a 27-year-old man complained that his 2-year-old son was being kept from him by the boy’s grandmother, Sally M. Adams, 56.

At Adams’ residence police found the house so cluttered that it was difficult to move, according to reports. There was a strong smell of urine and feces, “so strong that it almost made me vomit,” one officer said.

The child was found strapped into a car seat on top of a mattress in a dark bedroom. His diaper had apparently not been changed in several days.

Officers also found a 38-year-old woman, daughter of the 56-year-old woman, tethered to a weight machine by a rusty chain around her ankle. Wearing only a T-shirt, she was covered in and surrounded by urine and feces, police said.

The woman, who weighed only 60 to 70 pounds, was not able to walk, and numerous marks were found on her back.

Adams told police her daughter suffers from mental health problems and had the mental capacity of a 5-year-old.

Her 34-year-old son, Ernest Claiborne, said he chained her up to prevent her from running away.

At what point does someone think "You know it would be a great idea to chain my handicapped daughter to weight machine and let her crap all over herself"?

One point for the crap house, another point for the two-year-old being strapped in the car seat, another for him being in a days old diaper, one more for chaining the daughter to a weight machine, another for using a rusty chain, one more for letting her stand in her own waste, another for obviously beating her, another for starving her, and one last point for thinking in some twisted way that this was a good idea. That's 9.

A Wisconsin man has been arrested on suspicion of animal mistreatment after he allegedly put a plastic spoon in a dog's rear end, resulting in the dog's death.

It was reported Jan. 1 that a dog had been yelping for a couple hours at a residence in Roberts, Wis. A neighbor went to check on the dog and reportedly found a plastic spoon protruding from the animal's rectum, police said.

When officers responded to the home, they found an 8-inch plastic spoon with blood on the handle, said St. Croix County Sheriff Dennis Hillstead.

Police arrested Michael Wondra, a 25-year-old resident of the home where the dog was found, on suspicion of intentional mistreatment of animals. Hillstead said he did not know if Wondra was the dog's owner.

A check showed the dog, a 9-month old golden lab, had a punctured intestine, Hillstead said. Due to the extent of the animal's injuries, it had to be euthanized.

He sounds like a sexual predator that's been castrated. Can't get it up so he has to use a foreign object.

A pointy each for each inch of the spoon (8), another point for the act itself, and one more point for the fact that the dog had to be put to sleep. That's 10.

A Billings man who has been in and out of Warm Springs State Hospital was arrested without incident Tuesday on suspicion of stabbing his childhood friend to death.
Donald Eli Kruger, 35, is being held in the Yellowstone County Detention Facility on suspicion of deliberate homicide in connection with the death of Jeremiah Fritz. Kruger has not made his initial appearance in court, and bond has not been set.
Yellowstone County Sheriff Jay Bell said Kruger is suspected of stabbing Fritz three times in the upper torso at his family’s home in Lockwood early Monday. Deputies tracked footsteps they think were Kruger’s from the home, but lost his trail until they were alerted to his presence at the Lazy KT Motel Tuesday morning.
It is not known how Kruger arrived at the motel, where he is thought to have been staying since Sunday.
Kruger, a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, was committed to Montana State Hospital after being found mentally unfit to stand trial at least twice in the last five years.
In the latest instance, the city of Billings paid for a commitment in 2008 after Kruger was charged with assaulting two women who were walking together on the South Side. According to court records, Kruger is accused of grabbing the women’s breasts when he passed them on the street, and slamming one into a fence and punching the other repeatedly when they objected.
He was also found incompetent to stand trial in 2005 on a felony charge for indecent exposure. In that case, Kruger was accused of masturbating in front of a woman at the Montana State University Billings library.
At about 3 a.m. Monday, Kruger reportedly showed up at Fritz’s home. Bell said Fritz’s wife told authorities he stepped outside to speak with Kruger, and then she heard a fight and found him stabbed. Fritz, the father of six young children, died before authorities arrived on scene.

Yes, the before and after mugshots are of the same person. Again another case of a psycho that should not have been unleashed on the public.

3 points for the amount of times he stabbed his friend, 6 points for the number of children he made fatherless, another point for the fact that he shouldn't have even been out among society, one more point for the assault on the women, another point for punching the clown at woman at the library and one last point for the haircut. That's 13. Sorry Craig.

Mo. town’s top officer faces child sex charges:

(AP) FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. - The top police officer in a remote Missouri town, a giant of a man who was also a Boy Scout leader, has been accused of sexually assaulting two boys, videotaping the acts and then destroying the recordings.
Kenneth Tomlinson II, 42, was arrested Tuesday and charged with 16 counts of sodomy. Authorities say he admitted having sex with the two boys, who are now 12 and 14. Tomlinson was jailed in Cape Girardeau County on $100,000 cash-only bond. Court records indicated he did not yet have an attorney.
Tomlinson joined the police department in Fredericktown _ a community of 4,100 about 80 miles southwest of St. Louis _ as a patrolman in 1997. He was promoted to captain, the top job, in April. The two boys told authorities that the sexual abuse began last spring. One boy is 12, but was 11 when it began, he said. The other is 14.
A probable cause statement from the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Tomlinson admitted to having sex with the boys and videotaping some of the acts. The statement said Tomlinson and the boys viewed the video on the camera screen, then he destroyed the recordings. Kemp said
Tomlinson had no previous criminal record. He has been placed on unpaid leave from the department until the case is adjudicated. Sgt. Jason Gordon has taken over as interim leader of the department.

I'm surprised that he was placed on unpaid leave. Will a police officer please post in the comments about how he is a disgrace to this uniform.

One point for each kid he molested (2), another point for being a cop and doing this, one more point for being a boy scout troop leader and doing this (way to perpetuate a stereotype), another point for videotaping your disgusting acts and another point for making the kids watch it, and one last point for thinking destroying the evidence would help you. That's Seven.
