Defendant in 'Juggalo' murder case makes requests:

19-year-old Shawn Freemore, aka Skippy Critter, has made spome requests in his upcoming murder trial. Freemore, along with fellow Juggalo Ian Seagraves, aka ThrOwT Stabba, are accused of stabbing ex-serviceman Michael Goucher to death.

Skippy is asking the court to dismiss some of the statements he made, dismiss a robbery charge against him, and to try him separately from Seagraves.

I find that last part the most interesting. It seems the Juggalos are a 'family' until more than one of them are facing the heat then they're very eager to flip on each other.

What else I find interesting about the article was the parents who are making excuses for their kids...

Seagraves' mother said he couldn't have helped kill anyone because he was home that night.

Freemore's parents, Ryan and Patricia Freemore, appeared in court Thursday to show support for him.

"No one who knows Shawn can believe any of this," Patricia Freemore said. "It's so unlike him. Maybe it was those drugs they were taking. He's always been so gentle and polite, mild-mannered, fun to be with."

Yeah...I'm sure they were regular boy scouts.

New Details Surface in Michael Goucher Murder Case:

The other day David Lohr of Investigation Discovery posted details on his blog about a hearing that involved Shawn Freemore. Freemore is accused of stabbing former serviceman 21-year-old Michael Goucher to death. Freemore is also a Juggalo who also goes by Skippy Critter. According to Mr. Lohr a notebook was found in Freemore's car that had 'poetry' in it that was all about the murder...

"He thought he'd get laid, but with his blood he paid…"

 

"When they came under, I was sitting in the dark cover, he sat next to me and I went and stabbed this mother (expletive), right into his neck and I stabbed him in the head, we checked but he started running, his (expletive) wasn't dead."

"My homie chased him down the street and ran toward the light, but nobody saw him, it was the middle of the night, his fright was showing, the mother (expletive) started pleading, he was all light-headed cuz his throat was all bleeding."

The homie that he speaks of is friend and fellow Juggalo 17-year-old Ian Seagraves aka ThrOwT Stabba.

Yest I bet his mime friends will still say that Crispy Critter is being set up.

Second arrest made in fatal stabbing of Stroudsburg man:

The other day I made this post and this post about the murder of 21-year-old Michael Goucher.

Originally it was thought that Goucher was stabbed and killed during a romantic tryst gone wrong by 19-year-old Juggalo Shawn Freemore, aka Skippy Critter. That was until Skippy rolled on a member of 'the family'. Freemore implicated longtime friend and fellow Juggalo 17-year-old Ian Seagraves aka ThrOwT Stabba.

According to Freeman's new story there was no lovers spat gone wrong. Now it's alleged that Freemore and Seagraves set up Michael Goucher in order to rob and kill him.

Seagraves has been charged as an adult.

As far as I can tell the only purpose for the family is to visit each other in prison.

21-year-old Michael Goucher of Stroudsburg, PA served in the military, volunteered in his community, and strived to become a police officer.

19-year-old Shawn Freemore of Price Township, PA has a criminal record going back to the age of 14 which includes charges of retail theft, burglary, disorderly conduct and drug paraphernalia possession.

Which one do you think is the Juggalo?

Freemore is accused of stabbing Michael Goucher 19 times after an alleged tryst gone wrong. Freemore allegedly told police that he rebuffed Goucher's advances but when Goucher followed him Freemore stabbed him. Even though Freemore told police the pair had previous sexual encounters. Not to mention that 19 stab wounds does not sound like self defense.

Now again since some of you can't seem to get it through your make up I don't think ICP's music makes Juggalos into criminals. It's just that a lot of criminals become Juggalos. Freemore is just one more of them.
