A warrant has been issued for 32 -year old David Lamar Behan, of Keithville LA. He has been charged with sexual battery for allegedly rubbing the private parts of an 11-year old girl he was babysitting.

Behan was a family friend of the girl's parents, and was babysitting her while the parents were out of town. What?!? They left an 11 year old girl under the sole supervision of a 32 year old male? Parents, I don't care how close you are to another person - leaving a female child with a male other than a close relative is just asking for trouble. Sometimes even the close relatives are trouble.

Authorities have said that Behan has had sixteen prior jail stays for assorted reasons. And the parents STILL thought it might be a good idea to leave their daughter with him?

He was captured by the U.S. Marshals on 2/1/2010.
