FSP gets book thrown at her

Teacher sex case nets 12-year prison sentence:

Phantom of the Opera over there (Lon Chaney version) is 37-year-old Sandy Binkley, former teacher at Portland High School in Portland, Tenn. I say former because back in 2008 she got caught banging her 17-year-old teacher's aide. Age of consent in Tennessee is 18.

She claimed rape but the court didn't buy it as she was convicted. Not only was she convicted but this past week the judge sentenced her to 12-years-behind bars.

While I'm happy that a female sexual predator was finally given a real sentence I wonder if she had been better looking would she have received less?
