ICP: Criminal fans are grown retards

Insane Clowns on Fan Murderers: "Grown Retards":

Let me preface this by saying again that I don't think that all Juggalos are criminals, poor dressers yes, criminals not always. I also don't think that the music of ICP is what is causing some of their fans to be murdering psychopaths.

Now having said that Insane Clown Posse themselves were on ABCs Nightline this week. It's a shame that Ted Koppel retired. It would have been surreal to see him interview Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope.

Anyway when asked about the criminal element of their fan base Shaggy 2 Dope says that the fans who take the lyrics seriously are "grown retards."

"We don't encourage anybody," he says. "We have face paint on. We are entertainers. If any of our fans kill somebody, please don't buy any more of our records. Get out of our lives -- you're a sicko."

Do you hear that Juggalos? Stop being a bunch of dumbasses posing as bad asses. Stop carrying around meat cleavers and calling them hatchets. It's just a gimmick. It's like believing that pro wrestling is real.

And again if you don't want people to think that you're a gang then some of you need to stop acting like one.

Another argument against the legalization of prostitution

What's Wrong with Legalizing Prostitution?

This is a great blog post that was sent to be by longtime friend and sometime contributor to the site Alyric. It deals with the legalization of prostitution and in my opinion dispels a lot of the myths about the 'victimless crime.

It's a great post that should be read in it's entirety however I will provide you with this quote...

In Amsterdam, 80% of prostituted women reported that they were there by force. In Germany, over 60% of the prostitutes are foreigners; in Spain, it's 80%, many coerced by gangs. In Germany, legalizing prostitution hasn't improved conditions for prostitutes. The women do not want (or are not allowed by their pimps) to register, get health checks, pay taxes, or adhere to rules that might affect business. For example, johns are willing to pay extra for sex without a condom. Further, Germany found that legalization did not increase tax revenues like expected -- mafias don't pay taxes.

Very few women are in prostitution on their own free will. They are victims.

CBS, Johnny Depp and Damien Echols

So on Saturday 48 Hours on CBS aired an episode entitled A Cry for Innocence about the West Memphis 3 or again should I say it was really about Damien Echols. As usual he was the only one of the convicted that was interviewed. And as usual, just like the documentaries, details were left out of the story.

First I want to comment on Echols' wife, Lorri Davis. I'm sure I've said this before but she is nothing more than a Damien Echols stalker. She's just like the women who write to the Menedez brothers. I would lay odds that the only reason Echols married her is that she is just the most zealot of Echols cult of personality. And that she serves the purpose of being the public face of the Damien Echols Liberation Front.

And 21-Jump-Street's own Johnny Depp was interviewed as well. He said that he could commiserate with Echols, again not the other two. He says that he was a kid from a small Kentucky town who was thought of as an outcast because he dressed and acted differently than the other people in his town. Then again so did I but I didn't kill 3 children. And who doesn't know more about social causes than celebrities? No cause a celebrity has ever endorsed has ever been misguided. You know, like the ones that want to free a convicted cop killer from Philadelphia.

I also like all the prople that started coming forward, especially his ex-wife like she doens't have a grudge, after the so called DNA evidence was released.

Left out of the piece was the facts that a witness has testified that Damien Echols stomped a sick dog to death in '92, the fact that Damien Echols had been committed because of violent behavior, that Echols testified that the 'killer' would enjoy hearing the victims scream and would have thought the murders were funny, and that Misskelly confessed even after his conviction with his lawyer present.

You can even see the program for yourself.

This week on America's Most Wanted 2/20/10

Los Palillos - This week, John Walsh and the AMW crew were on location in San Diego, hunting down members of a violent drug gang known as Los Palillos, which is Spanish for "The Toothpicks." That was the nickname of the gang's founder in Mexico. When he was killed in a drug cartel feud, his brother moved the gang north to the San Diego area and began terrorizing American citizens.

Gabriel Morris - http://www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=71248

Cops say Gabriel Morris, his wife, Jessica, and their 4-year-old daughter, Kalea, recently moved to Bandon, Ore., to live near his mother. However, police say the family was torn apart Feb. 8, 2010, when Morris murdered his mother and her boyfriend in their home. Now law enforcement agencies in several states are on the lookout for the fugitive family man.

Larry Arbuckle - http://www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=71006

Cops in Camden County, Mo., tell AMW that Larry Anthony Arbuckle is now their No. 1 fugitive. The 50-year-old is accused of preying on a mentally-handicapped woman and her 2-year-old son. Now, they need your help to bring this accused sexual predator to justice.

Gilberto Vargas - http://www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=69245

Cops are looking for 22-year-old Gilberto Angel Vargas, a dangerous member of a notorious Chicago street gang called the "Spanish Cobras." According to police, Vargas shot an innocent man to death for no reason other than that he wrongly targeted the man as a rival gang member.

Cameron Taylor - http://www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=70880

Retired Air Force vet Gilbert Leon was on his way to his Phoenix home after spending time with his family -- but he never made it. Cops say it's because of one man: Cameron Taylor. They need your help in tracking down this gangbanger who they say pulled the trigger.

Dale Batt - http://www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=70659

A court convicted Dale Batt of abusing his wife but gave him a chance to change his life. Instead, cops say Batt thumbed his nose at justice, and the race is on to find him. Now, authorities need your help in tracking down this criminal.

Unknown Brittani Marcell Attacker - http://www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=71171

A sweet mother-daughter tradition was forever changed when an unknown man invited himself to their lunch date. Now Brittani Marcell fights to recover with her mother's aid, but they need your help to get justice.

Kayla Berg (missing child) - http://www.amw.com/missing_children/case.cfm?id=70198

On the night of Aug. 11, 2009, 15-year-old Kayla Berg had been hanging out with her friend, driving around town -- but she never made it home. Now, police in Antigo, Wis., have turned to AMW in hopes that we can help bring Kayla back to her family.

Burglary suspect admits to being a Juggalo

Burglary Suspect Told Deputies He's A Juggalo:

That's 19-year-old James Bucheger of Oakhurst, California. He was nabbed for allegedly breaking into some cabins. At the time of his arrest he allegedly told deputies that he's a Juggalo.

This is a perfect example of why Juggalos are sometimes considered a gang.

Let's just say for example that I was to be arrested for something. I wouldn't throw up the horns and say "Dio Motherfuckers!"

The Cracked Gavel

I am starting a new feature here on the site, yes another one, it may even develop into its own section if it takes off. However Uncle Trench needs your support for this new feature.

As you can see I am calling it The Cracked Gavel and here's where you come in. I want you the reader, singular because I know there is only one of you out there, to send me in stories where a judge has given a sex offender a ridiculously light sentence. I'll leave the definition of light up to you.

While we'll be shaming judges for not taking sex offenders seriously I would also like if you would send me stories of where the judges actually deliver justice to the victims. They need to be rewared at least figuartively as well.

Thanks in advance.

Why the legalization of marijuana won't decrease prison time

A lot of people seem to think that if marijuana were to be made legal that it would decrease the amount of pot related arrests because, you know, it would be legal. These are usually the same people who argue that the government should legalize and tax marijuana. Therein lies the problem in my opinion.

For the record I am against the legalization of weed but that's neither here nor there right now.

Let's suppose for a moment that marijuana is made legal all throughout the land and taxed by the government. How many producers would actually pay the taxes? One of the arguments for the legalization of weed is that a plant shouldn't be illegal. How many of the people that use that argument will then use the argument why should I pay taxes on a plant.

You can go away a lot longer for tax evasion then you can for growing pot in your back yard. Remember, that's how they got Al Capone.

Dane Abdool's mom accused of embezzling

Bank Embezzlement Linked To Death Row Inmate:

I love the word embezzlement. It's a funny word. However what's not funny is Dane Abdool. Some of you old timers may remember the original post about Dane Abdool. Then 20-year-old Abdool was arrested for killing his 17-year-old girlfriend Amelia Sookdeo by setting her on fire. That post unleashed a torrent of comments from Abdool supporters claiming that he was innocent. Yeah, Amelia must have spontaneously combusted.

Anyway Abdool must have been so innocent that he was not only convicted he was also sentenced to death.

Now criminal activity may run in the family because his mom, Nazreen Mohammed, is not only being accused of stealing money from a dead woman's bank account but she's also been accused of embezzling $80K from a credit union in order to fund her son's appeal.

Now they may have matching jumpsuits in the next family portrait.

Alec Eger pleads no contest to stabbing Billy Lee Black

Eger enters Alford plea in slaying of Hagerstown man:

20-year-old Alec Eger Hagerstown, Maryland is a sucker for a dame.

16-year-old Danielle Black solicited the murder of her father Billy Lee Black and claimed that her father was abusing her. The kid she asked to murder her dad turned her down. However Eger decided to be her knight in back armor ande stabbed Billy Lee Black on Halloween day of 2008. There was never any evidence that Danielle Black was being abused and it's believed that she wanted her father killed because he didn't want her hanging out with her 'outcast' friends. She's was charged as an adult and was sentenced to life.

Eger recently entered an Alford pleas which is the same as pleading no contest to the murder of Mr. Black. That basically means that he doesn't admit guilt but realizes that prosecutors have enough to convict him.

With the plea Eger is spared life without parole however he is still looking at life behind bars.

This week on America's Most Wanted - 1/30/2010

Jesus De La Herran - On Sept. 28, 2006, Joseph Drake, his wife Patricia, and a truckload of his family were driving home to Glendora, Calif. from a friend's home in Pasadena. Chaos erupted when police say a drunk driver, Jesus De La Herran, smashed into the truck and fled the scene. Now an amputee, Joseph recalls to AMW about hearing a sound similar to a bomb just before he looked down to see his leg was practically gone. Now, cops are on the lookout for Jesus De La Herran, and they're hoping to get some justice for a family that will never be the same. http://www.amw.com/fugitives/brief.cfm?id=53886

Manson Brown - The hunt for Manson Brown ended the evening of Jan. 3, 2010, when an officer with the DeKalb County Police Department in Georgia arrested him at a gas station. Detectives in DeKalb County received information about Brown's whereabouts from an alert AMW tipster. http://www.amw.com/captures/brief.cfm?id=69625

Albert James Turner - Cops in Rosenberg, Texas, want correctional officer Albert "James" Turner back in his home away from home: prison. But this time Turner won't be guarding inmates -- he'll be one. Now, police need your help to lock up this accused double murderer. http://www.amw.com/fugitives/brief.cfm?id=70341

Leah Peebles (Missing Person) - John Peebles spends most of his free time on the streets. It's not the life he envisioned for himself, but he says he has no other choice. He won't rest until he finds out what happened to his missing daughter, Leah. It's a quest that has turned his life inside out, and a journey that has taken him into an underground world he never imagined. http://www.amw.com/missing_persons/brief.cfm?id=69195

Unknown Scherer Family and Genevieve Zitricki Killer - Weeks after the murder of Jenny Zitricki, a jogger found a picture of a woman next to a pair of rubber gloves. Was it the key to cracking this case or just another red herring? Thanks to AMW tipsters, they are closer to answering that question, but they still have a long way to go. http://www.amw.com/fugitives/brief.cfm?id=66564

Rufino Castaneda - Rufino Castaneda -- the rapist whose victim's story touched everyone who saw it -- has been sentenced for his brutal crimes. After being arrested by Mexican authorities in October 2007, U.S. Marshals hauled him back to Indiana for his trial. In April 2009, the courts ruled that Castaneda will remain locked up for more than a half-century. http://www.amw.com/captures/brief.cfm?id=26628

Also in the show this week: AMW Allstar Contest Launch and John Walsh's recent trip to Haiti.
