Just an article on craigslist child prostitution in Eugene, Oregon yet our good friend Jim Buckmaster still says that this is rare on craigslist.

If by rare he means 'all the time' then yes it is rare.

Police in Columbus, Georgia arrested 4 in a craigslist hooker bust.

Those arrested were Cassandra Geotcha, 20, Brittnay N. Davis, 20, Tammy Baughman, 26, and...wait a minute the 4th person posing as a 21-year-old was actually a 15-year-old girl.

Child prostitution on craigslist? Who knew? Oh wait, I did.

Since the girl was 15 the trio have been charged with child molestation as well.

Yet, Jim Buckmaster still sleeps soundly at night while children are prostituted on his website.

Three charged with pimping underage girls on Craigslist:

In Oregon federal officials have charged Sharlise Michelle Duckworth, 27, Stanley Mack "Bug" Spriggs Jr. (pictured), 26, and Hollie Robin Spriggs, 27, all with child prostitution. The trio is accused of recruiting and pimping out underage girls on craigslist. The three are looking at 10 years to life.

Yet no cares that child prostitution is still going on unabated on craigslist. People are too concerned protectting the first amendment rights of craigslist.

Like I've said before if craigslist was the supposed socially conscious company they claim to be they would make damn sure that child prostitution did not take place on their site.

Story points to potential social networking dangers:

I originally posted about Robert Harris and Richard Johnson here. They were half of a four man crew that were running a prostitution ring on craigslist  in Millersville, Maryland in order to buy ecstasy and gold teeth. Which I think in this context are pronounced 'teef'.

That crew was also prostituting out underage girls from Ohio.

Harris and Johnson have both pleaded guilty.

According to authorities Harris also tried to tamper with witnesses from behind bars.

The other half of the crew, Craig Allen Corey and Jacob Tyler, are still awaiting trial.

Harris and Johnson are still facing life behind bars.

However the fact that they got around craigslist's supposed screening but they used MySpace and YouTube as well. But for that part of the story you'll have to go here.

Feds seek 4th suspect in sex trafficking, prostitution ring:

The FBI, the IRS and the Anchorage, Alaska police department have busted a major prostitution and trafficking ring that has operated on craigslist since 2006.

Authorities have arrested Sabil Mumin Mujahid, Sidney Lamar Greene, and Rand Hooks while Keyana "Koko" Marshall (pictured) remains at large.

The quartet are accused of prostituting at least 50 women with at least 3 underage girls. They are also accused of identity theft and tax fraud because they would get the personal information of their victims and use it to file tax returns and collect the money. Sounds like a lot of victims in a victimless crime.

Not to mention the fact that this went on craigslist for 3 years with it never being flagged. Go figure.

9 indicted on child sex trafficking charges in SD:

Nine people were indicted on federal charges of child sex trafficking in San Diego this past week. The nine are believed to have been part of a San Diego gang that prostituted three girls ages 15, 16 and 19 on craigslist. The alleged crimes took place between January and November of 2009.

Now when did craigslist supposedly change their site to prevent things like this from happening? That's right, it was May of 2009. It's working liking a charm. Oh wait, no it's not.

And again where was the so called user policing to flag these ads? Then again you can't believe that sucm who use child prostitutes would make the best policemen.
