Tulsa Police Arrest Man Accused Of Burning Girlfriend:

TULSA, OK — Tulsa Police have arrested the 23-year-old Tulsa man who is thought to have set his girlfriend on fire during a domestic incident Friday.

His girlfriend, Nicole Partridge, called for help shortly after 1 p.m. Friday. She had been critically burned over about 80% of her body, from the neck down. She told firefighters that her boyfriend, Kenneth Kelly McCurley, lit her on fire after dousing her with gasoline, according to Bill French of the Tulsa Fire Department.

Prior to being sedated, Partridge told a physician at Hillcrest that her injuries were “not an accident,” according to the TPD report.

“He will try to say it was an accident but don’t believe him,” she said.

During his arrest interview, McCurley told Fire Marshall Scott Winford that he accidently splashed Coleman fuel on his girlfriend. McCurley also told authorities that he ran because she told him to, the police report states.

Patridge told investigators that McCurley was inside cooking meth, but police but did not find him when they made entry. They did find some components of a meth lab.

Partridge, 33, is in very critical condition in the Hillcrest Burn Unit. The police report states that she is not expected to survive her injuries.

Again here’s another story that crosses that thin line between Trailer and Doom. I’ll never understand why trash continue to manufacture something in their home that could result in having all their limbs blown off. Then again tweakers aren’t known for their thinking skills.

Police said a Sebastian County man raped his toddler daughter, burned her with a cigarette and exposed her to marijuana and methamphetamine smoke while living in a storage shed.

Ashley Neil McMillion, 29, was booked into the Sebastian County jail on charges that include second-degree battery and rape.

The daughter of McMillion and his wife, Rebecca McMillion, 25, has been taken into state custody, according to a report by the Sebastian County sheriff’s office.

On June 28, the case worker and deputies found the three living in a 16-by-8 foot wooden shed that McMillion’s parents bought for them. The storage unit was in his parents’ yard.

A sheriff ’s office report said when deputies opened the shed, the three were inside on a mattress on the floor and a cloud of flies flew out. Inside the shed they found containers of rotting food.

The report said the child, who turns 2 later this month, was exposed to methamphetamine and marijuana smoke from her parents. Runion said McMillion admitted to deliberately burning her daughter on the small of her back with a cigarette within the past month.

Sheriff’s investigator Philip Pevehouse said McMillion also admitted to raping his daughter twice.

Runion said the child was taken to a Fort Smith hospital for an exam because deputies learned that she ate mostly junk food and had not been seen by a doctor since she was an infant. He said her health improved after medical treatment.

McMillion is an unemployed painter, and his wife is disabled,

The couple have been charged and went before a Sebastian County circuit judge on Wednesday. Ashley McMillion pleaded innocent to possession of marijuana, of methamphetamine and of drug paraphernalia. The public defender was appointed to represent him, and he was being held without bond.

Rebecca McMillion pleaded innocent to possession of methamphetamine and of drug paraphernalia. The public defender also was appointed to represent her, and she was freed on $5,000 bond, according to court records.

Like I said over at PBB what kind of sick freak looks at his own 1-year-old daughter and thinks about getting laid, twice. And I bet his wife’s ‘disability’ isn’t much of one. This could have been a Tales from the Trailer story but it crossed that fine line from trailer to Doom.

One point for each alleged rape (2), another point for exposing the kid to meth, one more for exposing the kid to weed, one more for living in a damn shed with a kid, one more point for burning the girl with a cigarette, another point for not even being able to keep a shed in decent living condition, one more point for having a girl’s name and I’m invoking the 10 point baby raper rule. That’s 18.

HINGHAM, Mass. – A 6-year-old girl fled an apartment wearing leg shackles after her friend’s father lured her with a promise to show her some pet gerbils, then bound her with tape and chains, injected her with an unknown substance and tried to rape her, authorities said Monday.

Justin Shine, 26, was charged with kidnapping, attempted rape, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon — a hypodermic needle — and resisting arrest.

Assistant District Attorney Sharon Donatelle said the girl told police that Shine — who lived in the same apartment building — saw her outside and yelled out his window, inviting her to see some gerbils. The girl knew Shine as the father of a little boy she often played with in the apartment complex.

Once inside, Shine showed the girl the family’s gerbils, but then bound her hands with tape, put tape over her mouth, wrapped her arms with a “fishnet-type material,” and shackled her ankles with a chain , Donatelle said.

The girl told police that Shine injected her in the hip with a syringe and that she felt “somewhat sleepy” afterward. Donatelle said the syringe is being tested to find out what was in it.

The girl said that after she heard knocking on doors, Shine got a knife and cut the tape off her hands. She said she was crying and Shine told her to “shut up.”

The girl fled the apartment as police were going door-to-door looking for her. A man at the complex found her and carried her to police. Her feet were still shackled together and her arms and legs had blood on them. Police later determined that the blood on the girl was Shine’s blood.

Police said they arrested Shine after finding him in a bedroom, covered with blood. He had an open wound on his left wrist that was bleeding.

They found the girl’s pink bicycle and Barbie bike helmet in his apartment.

Donatelle said that while Shine was being treated at the hospital, he told a state trooper that he had lured the girl into his apartment, bound her, and admitted “he had plans to engage in some sexual activity,” but had “second thoughts.”

He said he had injected himself with cocaine, but did not admit injecting the girl with anything. He told the trooper it may have been by accident, Donatelle said.

What a depraved lunatic. I hope that shiner is from police. If it is I hope the cop that gave it to him gets a medal.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A southwest side man who police said dismembered his live-in girlfriend was ordered held under $2 million bond Friday.

Robert A. Knight, 50, was arraigned in a Franklin County courtroom and did not make eye contact with anyone during the hearing, 10TV News reported.

Knight, who is accused of slaying Tracy F. Moore on Sunday, allegedly scattered her remains across his apartment complex in the days following the crime.

On Monday, Knight needed a plumber to work on his toilet inside his apartment. The call came two days before maintenance workers at the West Bay apartments found what looked like human remains on the banks of a retention pond, 10TV’s Maureen Kocot reported.

“Part of (Moore’s) remains had actually been removed from the plumbing and from that it led to his apartment,” said Columbus police homicide Detective Jim Day.

Inside Knight’s apartment, officers found Moore’s head in his freezer.

On Friday, investigators spent a second day searching the pond for more remains. Investigators said they found more remains scattered in the woods behind Knight’s apartment.

Whatever reason this scumbag had for killing her and then chopping her up I’m sure that she didn’t deserve this.

One point for the murder and then a point for each place they found her remains which is six, and lone last point for being an all around psychopath. That’s 8.

A small memorial with flowers marks the spot along Route 40 where Carmen Higinbotham was struck by a car and killed, and state police said her husband — who is also her adoptive cousin — was the driver.

Higinbotham, 30, of Brownsville, was pronounced dead at the scene near Searights Crossroads in Menallen Township at about 1 a.m. Sunday, according to the county coroner’s office.

At a news conference Wednesday, District Attorney Nancy Vernon said Ronald Lee Higinbotham was taken to the state police barracks in Uniontown and charged with criminal homicide.

Describing the death as “violent,” Coroner Dr. Phillip Reilly said that Carmen Higinbotham was struck by the car and then run over.

“It’s an impact injury, occurring first to the head with the lethal skull factures (and) subsequently, the run-over with the marks and the crush injuries to the chest and the abdomen,” Reilly said.

Troopers said they believe there was a history of domestic violence between the couple and that Carmen Higinbotham may have been considering leaving her husband as the two made their way home from a social gathering on Route 40 that night.

Though it originally looked like a random hit-and-run, police said they got a phone call from Ronald Higinbotham telling them that he believed he had killed his wife after she jumped from the vehicle.

Vernon said police believe that Carmen Higinbotham got out of the car during an argument. Blood and hair was found on the left bumper, and a search of the vehicle indicates that she was struck on the driver’s side and left in the road, Vernon said.

Miele reported that Carmen Higinbotham had two biological children, two step-children and two adopted children, and that she recently reunited with some of her biological family members.

Correct me if I’m wrong but here in the U.S. isn’t the left side of the car the driver’s side? So that would mean if she had jumped from the car like Ronald Lee Higinbotham said then she would have to either have been in the driver’s side back seat or she was driving. Either scenario doesn’t seem likely.

Seriously, guys that have three names that are heinous killers usually have the middle name of Lee, Ray, or Wayne.

A married Chugiak couple who gave a years-long “sexual education course” to the woman’s teenage sister has been charged with six counts each of felony sexual abuse of a minor, according to charges filed in Palmer court.

Joshua Peter Mead, 30, and Shannon Rose Mead, 24, were being held Monday at the Mat-Su pretrial facility on allegations they began molesting and raping Shannon Mead’s little sister when she was 13 and continuing until she was 17, charges say.

Shannon Mead is also charged with incest.

The victim, who is now 18 and has a different last name than her sister, told troopers about the alleged molestation last month, saying she didn’t realize the conduct was wrong until she was 17, according to charges filed in court by Alaska State Troopers investigator David Bower.

The girl said Joshua Mead began groping and fondling her when she was 13 and the encounters, taking place in both Chugiak and Palmer, soon progressed to include intercourse. Shannon Mead also sometimes took part in “threesomes,” molesting the girl together with her husband, the charges say. The couple took nude pictures of the girl and also made her watch them have sex, the charges say.

“(The girl) said she was told by (her sister and brother-in-law) that she was sheltered and that she needed a ’sex education course,’ ” Bower wrote in his affidavit.

“When (the girl) would refuse to have sex, (her sister) would tell (her) that if she didn’t participate, it would ruin their marriage.”

Troopers got a wiretap warrant and listened to a conversation between the girl and Shannon Mead last Wednesday, the charges say. In the call, Shannon Mead acknowledged the conduct and said if she had known her sister didn’t want to have sex with her husband she would have done something about it, the charges say.

She later passed the phone to Joshua Mead, who said he now realizes that he had hurt her and that he was sorry, but that he continued having sex with the girl because he got used to doing it and “didn’t have the strength to overcome the habit,” Bower’s affidavit says.

Like I’ve said before it always amazes me when two scumbags like this are involved in this kind of crime. That’s one scumbag to concoct the idea and the other to actually go along with it. Just imagine if any of you suggested this idea to your spouse. “Hey honey, wouldn’t it be great if we had sex with your 13-year-old sister?” Then she says yes of all things. Unbelievable.

One point for the molestation, another point for calling it sex education, another point for the threesomes, one more point for the incest, another point for the child porn, another point for making the victim watch them bump uglies, and two points for the lame excuses each. That’s eight.

Muskogee County prosecutors on Tuesday charged a man and woman with fatally shooting and skinning a 7-week-old puppy they intended to make into a belt.

A judge ordered mental competency testing for Austin Michael Mullins, 26, and Krystal Lynn Lewis, 23, after prosecutors charged them Tuesday with one felony count each of cruelty to animals, court records show. Officials accuse the pair of shooting “Poplin,” Lewis’ Jack Russell terrier puppy, on June 9 at a Muskogee park.

Muskogee County sheriff’s Deputy George Roberson said Mullins shot the puppy 10 times with a .22-caliber pistol at a park near town, and Lewis then skinned the puppy at her apartment. The pair nailed the hide to a board displayed at the apartment and told investigators they planned to have it made into a belt.

Lewis told authorities she decided to kill the puppy because she couldn’t afford to care for him, but investigators think a more likely scenario is she decided to kill Poplin because the puppy was a gift from a female ex-lover she doesn’t get along with anymore, Roberson said. Lewis and Mullins are friends.

It always amazes me when a pair of people are arrested for something like this. That means that not only did one moron think this was a good idea but they convinced another moron that it was.

Even if it was because the puppy was a gift from an ex that doesn’t mean you skin it. I know for a fact that they have animal shelters in Oklahoma. Or you could have given it away or even sold it because Jack Russells are a very popular breed. We used to have a Jack Russell here at Stately Reynolds Manor and it constantly annoyed the crap out of me but never once did I seriously consider skinning her.

Determined to drive evil spirits out of her daughter, a Queens mom performed a bizarre voodoo fire ritual that left the 6-year-old girl scarred for life, prosecutors say.

While young Frantzcia Saintil was “engulfed in flames,” Marie Lauradin let the screaming girl burn, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said Thursday.

The girl told cops “the flames crawled up her body and burned her,” the criminal complaint said.

Eventually, Frantzcia’s grandmother doused the flames with cold water, but the women then put the girl to bed instead of getting her help, Brown said.

Frantzcia suffered for a whole day before a relative begged them to take her to a hospital.

When doctors finally saw her, Frantzcia had second- and third-degree burns covering 25% of her body, including her face, torso and legs, court papers state.

Lauradin, a 29-year-old Haitian immigrant, was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child. She faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

Frantzcia’s grandmother, Sylvenie Thessier, 70, was charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child. She faces up to seven years in prison if convicted.

A friend nicknamed Sketch helped the women stage the Feb.4 ritual but was not named or charged with a crime.

Frantzcia was put in a medically induced coma as part of her treatment. She is now in foster care. “The child has suffered permanent scarring, both physically and emotionally,” Brown said.

Lauradin allegedly burned her daughter while performing a ritual that Brown called “Loa.” She sprayed a circle of rum on the floor around her daughter – poured some on her head – and ignited it, police said.

Confronted by cops, Lauradin claimed she was boiling rice in a pot and accidentally spilled it on the girl when she was “startled.”

Lauradin also said it was her mom’s idea to give Frantzcia a bath and put her to bed instead of taking her to the hospital.

She claimed she didn’t even notice the girl was burned until they got to the emergency room.

You know, we have freedom of religion in this country. You’re free to practice whatever religion you want. But when in consists of setting a child on fire then the line has to be drawn. I’m not saying that voodoo should be outlawed but come on. If you’re ignorant enough to believe that setting a child on fire will help her you the only thing you should be practicing is memorizing your prison number. I mean we prosecute the asshats that don’t get their kids treated medically because of religious reasons so don’t feel like your being persecuted.

One point for setting a child on fire, another point for thinking that would actually help, another point for not taking the girl to the hospital, another point for giving the girl a bath, I can only imagine how painful that must have been, one more point for trying the cooking water story, and one last point for having a friend named Sketch. That’s 6.
