For those of you who don't get the URL, and yes there are some of you out there, crimene.ws spells out Crime News. Get it? Anyway, like I said, I'm Trench Reynolds, administrator and chief editor of this site. In the past I have had several different sites dedicated to several different subjects. Unfortunately in today's world I don't have the time to maintain multiple sites. So CrimeNe.ws is the culmination of all of those sites combined as one. I'll now detail the main features of this new site.
TheTrenchcoat Chronicles (formerly at thetrenchcoat.com) This was my first foray into crime blogging. It is all about school shootings and the various crimes that go along with it. I also delve into the world of scholastic athlete hazing as well.
News of Doom (formerly at newsofdoom.com) This section of the site features various different atrocities that myself and my readers come across in the news. Then the location where it happened is given a score based on the level of its repulsiveness. At the end of the year a winner/loser, depending on your point of view, is declared.
MyCrimeSpace (formerly at mycrimespace.com) Crimes as they relate to social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook.
CraigsCrimeList (formerly at craigscrimelist.org) This is a chronicling of the crimes that are related to the online classified site craigslist. It also features e-mails from readers of scams that they've come across on the popular site.
Crime & Punishment These are all the other crime stories that I have an interest in. Some of my blogs that are no longer with us like Tased and Confused, Public Enemy: Player1 and Bad Breeders have been archived here.
